I ordered the 14 day trial of a supplement for the $5 shipping, being a little suspicious the whole time. I realized I used the wrong address so I called and changed it so the card would go through (now I know I should have left it). Near the end of that phone call I specifically asked if there will be any further charges beyond the shipping, and the man replied "no, it will only be this charge of $5". I repeated the question with different wording, to be sure of the answer. And he replied the same. Later that week my bank called and refused the charge because it was from the U.K. I never fixed it and did not pay the shipping. Surprisingly, a product appeared at my door. It was the same supplement but in a smaller concentration. On another note, it worked sufficiently. 3 weeks later I'm going through my bank account and see a charge for $86. Unsure of what number I was calling (that was included on the bank statement), it turned out to be the nutrashift customer service. She said it was in the terms and conditions etc, and that I needed to call and cancel. So I cut my losses and cancelled the account.

On the package was a phone number of: 888-707-8642, in case there was any problems or if you wanted to cancel. No one answered at the time of calling. Numerous calls lead to the same thing........NO ANSWER...!!
I was checking my credit card and noticed that charges were going through for these products, but no products had been recieved. This happened two months in a row.
I realized that I had fallen into a SCAM product and now I do not know how to get out of it. This is the first attempt, the next will be to get a hold of my credit card company and stop all further charges made by this company.
