I first saw this product CBD oil on the internet inder the name of SEC and it was to be a free bottle of oil for just the shipping costs. Whe I received it I called the number on the bank charge and was told that it was not a recurring charge and I did not have to do anything and there would be no charges. I expessed that the product had not lived up to it's claim and so would not be ordering any more. The agent expressed that I needed to give it more time to work and I said no I did not want to be billed or have to make additional calls.
I thought that was the end of it but No to my surprise I found a charge on my bank account to Nutralife Health Products. I have never heard of them before. I went online to see what they sold and could not make out any products that I pruchased. I called the number that my credit care had for them and was surprised to learn that they were billing me for the CBD oil. I told them I had called to make sure that there were be no additional charges and was reassured that the product was paid in full. I looked on the invoice and it was printed there Paid In Full.
The agent said that they could see that I had called but was given an extension and I had not called back within the time frame given. Therefore they had billed me 69.95 for the CBD oil. I asked where it said that it was to be charged and told her I had an invoice that said paid in full. She got very rude and said there was nothing she could do for me after she had closed the account for no further shipments. She then hung up.
At first I thought I had forgotten but remembered I had just seen the invoice slip and went through the trash and found the original slip. On it there was nothing I had written about an extended time and saw that the balance was 0.00. This was the original invoice that came with the product, there was nothing on the slip that inferred that there was going to be additional charges.
My belief is that they know they are dealing with customers who live in a state of severe chronic pain and are trying to take advantage of our inability to cope or deal with stress. I am fortunate that my father taught me to stand up for myself at a very young age and have always been able to fight crooked businesses that tried to steal from the less fortunate. So beware of any company that tries to force you to follow their directions. Know what you know, keep all paper-invoicies, bank statements, packing material- the more phyical evidence you have the better off you are. Remember they are counting on our weaknesses and inability to fight city hall. But we can fight back by filing reports, making police records, showing a history of poor business transactions. Do your part don't take it sitting down.
Clicked on a web site got pop up for free trial of garcinia cambogia with actresses and Dr backing its claims. Signed up got the bottle didnt work any better with exercise and diet included tried to call and cancel no way to get through to an operator just more pills advertised on a loop emails come back as no replys.
Was scammed into a dietpill trial by a middleman ad for free gift cards. I was unaware of the charges that was taken out of my account .Almost 80.00 extra dollars they are trying and did taje out for a tiny bottle of pills which gave me body cramps and constipation.
