On April16th i placed an order for this product for wight loss.$79.20 i recieved my bottles as normal in the mail. on May 25th i saw another charge in my bill for another shipment but never recieved it in the mail.posted on May 26. $79.20 On May 31st I disputed the Card charges on this second order that i never did recieve. i do believe i am owed $79.20 for not ordering a second shipment of this product.
My minor daughter signed up for the "free trial" that was offered by this company. She did not realize that buried in the Terms and Conditions was an agreement for a membership. She never received the product that she signed up for and the company charged her almost $80 for the product. My daughter filed a dispute for the charges right away. The company was apparently able to provide sufficient info that the bank ruled on their side of the dispute and are now paying the company. Because my daughter called the bank and filed a dispute right away the company now claims that they are unable to access her account. According to them I have no recourse in recovering my daughters money. They never asked her DOB but rather had the "I am 18 or older" buried in the Terms and Conditions along with the membership info. I'm sure that I am not articulating this very well as I am quite aggravated at this time. These companies should not be able to target people in such a way. They need to be up front and honest that you will get charged monthly for their product if you do not cancel within the allotted amount of time. They should have to ask birth date info to make sure that they are not dealing with a minor. If the minor lies about their year of birth then it falls on the minor for lying but at least it would stop unsuspecting minors from getting sucked into something that they know nothing about.
I did not order anything from this company, I noticed charge of 79.89 on my card, 2 days later Cambodia garcenea arrived with a cleanser. I called their number 18552489587, went round and round with operators and cu service reps you can hardly understand about a refund because I didn't order these products. They refused, I explained I had already sent package back unopened, she said "your loss" we don't do refunds....but I can cancel your act. I tried to explain I never had an act but they refuse. It's a RIP OFF.....sceme.
I ordered Garcia Cambogia from this company the product was 23 dollars . Then I get my bank statement saying I spent 180 on it . I tried customer service but they gave me the run around . How can they charge more than what is shown is beyond me. Learned my lesson I will no longer buy anything from the Internet.
