In November I saw an ad for Garcinia Nutra Life Brands is refusing to issue me a full refund for their Garcinia Cambogia and Detox Max products, after using deceptive advertising practices to lure me in. Here's what happened- On November 2016 I was on a website, and I thought that I must have accidently clicked on a link in the sidebar (now I know that I was hijacked), because I was redirected to another website with information about Garcinia Cambogia, the weight loss supplement. I remember thinking that the website seemed legitimate; it appeared to be a news outlet or online magazine, because I recall that the name sounded familiar. Now I cannot find that website or landing page using any key words that would normally bring up the result in Google- this is obviously very suspicious. I now believe that Nutra Life Brand uses black hat methods to hijack your browser from legitimate websites, in order to push their misleading ads about the so-called "free trial offer". I received my "Free so called" bottles, and without REALIZING they automatically use your credit card to process full price shipments within 14 days of your Free trial offer. Trying to get ANY monies back is impossible. I called to tell them NOT TO CHARGE my card anymore and to refund my money and a fast talking Asian lady stated they couldn't do that and I should have read the fine print! Yes, I guess I should have! However my card was Not authorized for future purchases and after stating this the best she could do was send me 1/2 a credit, and cancel my unauthorized subscription. I said to close it. then on my January 2017 what do you think I see? Another 2 charges for $79.68 & $78.94, when I called again and spoke to a Zachary, a very rude Want a be! He said that they had cancelled my subscription on January 15, and I had already been refunded half the amount. I tried to explain, I had ONLY been refunded half of the first full amount charged, and that they had charged me again in January 11 & 12th. He said I had agreed to this. I tried to tell him how was I to know prior to getting my cc statement that they had charged me again, when he hung up on me. I to this Date have not even received the 3 Rd shipment I was charged and they will not refund my money. This has got to be STOPPED!
