Plain and simple this site charges a yearly subcription and also charges for "blincoins", while everything about the site is fraud and run by bots posting fake reviews, messages, etc. This web site is a complete scam, complete fraud, has no intention of capability of assisting artists with promotion, support will not return emails or refund your stolen money. STEER CLEAR of these thieves and try a reputable music promotion site like reverbation or bandcamp.
If you message support about the scam, they instantly delete your account that they've grossly inflated the numbers on. Don't waste your time.
This is just to reiterate others complaints regarding Number one Music. I too have been a victim (to the tune of $99.95). Fortunately, if you happened to have paid them with PayPal, you are protected by their consumer protection program and can be reimbursed if you act within a reasonable amount of time.
Don't look for any money back from N1M though. I have yet to hear from them regarding my complaints or a refund. While musicians and other artists tend to be trustworthy and tend to view others as the same, it is an unfortunate fact that things like Number One Music exists.
Upon hearing and reading other rumors about Number One Music being a scam...well IT IS! I sent them a very friendly email inquiring about such rumors and told them that i hope they could shed positive light on them. Their response was to simply delete us from their website. No return email, no nothing. We had posted a NEW song on the site and it made No.1 on their charts the very next day which i thought to be strange. That's when i decided to email them. They take money from musicians, and musicians can't afford to just give money away, and give them false hope. They do absolutely nothing. I hope my report here will keep other fellow musicians from throwing money away like we did. Spread the word!
