My wife and I came to Nuga Best in Airdrie in September 2018 with arthritis joint pain in my hands, knees and hips. My right hip constantly clicked and was painful when I climbed stairs. I had to take pain medication. I had high blood pressure. My eyes were constantly blood shot.
As of November 2019, most of my joint pains are gone. My right hip still bothers me on occasion but I no longer use any pain medication. My blood pressure has dropped and I have reduced my blood pressure medication. My eyes are doing way better now.
Also; I sleep better, have more energy and have lost weight.
My wife was having severe stomach cramps, her energy was low and she has Crohn’s disease. Her upper back was also starting to curve from bad posture due to weak muscles. As of November 2019, she now has very few bad days with her stomach and her bowels are more normal. Her posture has way improved. She sleeps really great and has lots of energy.

Nuga Best Americas (Canada branch has never been located in that address) is located in Airdrie and just recently opened office in SW of Calgary. Company runs for 2 owners and it is a pleasure to visit them. It helps a lot with scoliosis and hernia. You can read/watch my testimonial over the youtube. This is nothing more than a roller “massage” bed with heat. So many false claims, cures cancer, good for heart patients, cures all kinds of diseases and ailments. Pestered by family to try, I went once, hurt terribly after unskilled operator did not position me correctly, she disappeared to eat her lunch, the device stopped leaving me in a painful position. Then the operator told me she would put the bed in the “massage” mode. What the hell were the first 20 minutes?!?! The “massage” mode was the same as the “focused” therapy mode!
These are scam artists preying in less informed and poor people who buy into their sales pitch and claims! I’ll give them a B+ for selling skills and a big fat F on delivery of claims. There is absolutely zero scientific proof to back up their rediculous claims! STAY AWAY FROM THESE CHARLATANS!!!
You were placed on routine A, it stops at places on your body that you don't know your tight like your scapula and it's extremely painful. If you do routine B which is one extra push on the button you only get the rolling effect. After 5 to 10 times then you can try routine A and it'll get easier. First timers are usually dying from pain cause they have not tried B first
I wish to share a true story of the service that I have NOT received. I bought a 7000 NugaBest bed in 2012 off the FIRST Canadian rep. I paid a lot. In Feb 2017 this bed broke. I contacted the person who sold it to me who referred me to a lady named Nadia in Vancouver who referred me to Sergey of this business.
My first e-mails went unanswered until I made a post on line. Then he claimed he answered right away as it had been in 'junk' ?? Really? why would one not check 'junk' every day.
At first I had no issues other than slow service. He asked for my receipt and photos of what I needed. I complied. Sent pics of the circuit board and transformer. A couple of weeks went by and he called with news that the circuit board had arrived and to send him money to ship it. I asked about the transformer. He acted like he knew nothing about this even though clearly I had sent both pics. Stupidly I told him to hold the circuit board till the transformer came. I heard nothing for weeks. I e-mailed 4 times. Finally I went on line under his company and made another remark about his BAD service. Well lo and behold he then replied and asked for $295 for postage which I sent right away he mailed me the transformer. Well you would think everything was great right??
NO!!! he was out of the country till November and replied he would send the circuit board once he got back. I waited patiently. In November I e-mailed once, [no reply] again [no reply and yet a third time with no reply. All I wanted to know was when would he be back?
I went on line to make a comment and lo and behold he had blocked me. I had a friend make a TRUE comment for me and here is what I got back via e-mail from him

You told me she sold a bed to you and I have no info how she got these products! Our beds dont brake, they are the most reliable product on the market for the last 15 years, no single complain in 110 countries in regards of failure... you can not find any bad reviews on the web!!!! So please make your mind correctly and act properly.
As I told you before I have no involvement into your buying deal, but you and your friends started to tell to everybody about how bad my company is and that makes me unhappy reading such BS. Hereby I would like that you stop doing that, otherwise I will take some legal actions in regards of your steps and protection of my name and trust me it wont be cheap to you!
As you first broke a deal with me on free repairing by spading bad info all over the globe, I also see no obligations to keep my promise. I was giving you a friendly hand to fix your product as I know how any electronics can be repaired and even sent to you our transformator thinking about your problem, but you decided that I own to you something and that is wrong position... But in general everyone takes own choices, so since now I wont come back to this topic again.
In regards of the chip, yes, for sure I can sale one to you. The price for chip is $499 + tax and shipping. Please note, I do not guarantee that it will work for you as we are not aware about your product, therefore we will not honor any returns if such my requested later on.

I now know that the 7000 NugaBest bed had 73 complaints against it and has been refused entry into the USA by Health USA. I have been advised to contact Health Canada at this point to have the new beds checked out as they claim them to heal. Can you believe this?
I can assure you he is not the first person to have these beds here as the 2012 beds were found to be defective. Will these new beds pass inspection with Health Canada? So what do you think what Nuga Best is? I've made a perfunctory search what is the technology ,- and I did not became wiser.
My initial thought was that Nuga Best is simply some ceramic tiles which got heated due to electricity.
I was right.
Deeper search did not add any new thoughts.
People are tend to believe in many things ,depending on who saying that to them or how many times they hear that.
So nuga best is good? any scientific proof apart from what you can find on their sites?! It is a rip-off big time.
I'm pretty sure they are nice to you til they think you pay. If it goes wrong ,get an other heater @tesco and lie on that too.
