I have never taken the time to write a complaint, but I owe the public this warning.
I found this Nuevo Derm link on Facebook with fantastic claims and a 100% money back gaurantee. It lures you in with an introductory offer of "pennies" to start.
First, I never received the introductory sample. Within 15 days, my checking account was short over $200.00 from an unknown source. Upon closer srutiny, I found that Nuevo Derm was charging me for dual products: Derma Wide and Wrinkle removed. I had cancelled my introductory offer within 1 week, but that didn't make a difference.
The people you speak with on their toll free number are not "English" speaking. Broken language without much help. They claimed to have USPS routing numbers to confirm delivery of product. After speaking with USPS, I found that these number s were fake.
To date, I have never received any products and I am out over $500 dollars.
Please, don't give your information to these scam artist!!
I paid shipping and handling of $10.99 for a free trial of two products from Nuovoderm/Derma on September 2016. I contacted company on October 1-800-757-7345 since the products gave me an allergic reaction and reported situation. However the company sent the product again in October ignoring my cancellation and charged $180.00 to my credit card. I contacted the company again on October 30 and I returned the products but the company continue to charge my credit card again in November and today December 23 I noticed the charges again and contacted the company and no one seems to help other than tell me that my account is already cancelled. This is a scam and rip off; an abusive way to co tinue withdrawing money from credit cards.
