Complete scam. Do not be fooled by the “free” trial! claim a free trial then nowhere does it tell u you’ll be getting billed monthly. I called the day i ordered to be sure “free” wasn’t a subscription. Was assured it was not. They lied. Then later told me they had no record of me calling and that they keep transcripts of all calls. Complete bs! money still taken out of my account 14 days after i ordered, and was told no additional charges would be incurred. Discovered this when bank called to see if these were fraudulent charges. They stopped payment. Called this unethical company and after a big bullying runaround from “joshua” i’m sure that’s not his real name!) i got 2 cancellation numbers. Sure enough, they did it again 3x! after they gave me cancellation #s! bank disputed fees. Even though i had cancellation #s and the name of the person i spoke with this dishonest company “conveniently” had no record of my call with “joshua” wonder why they didn’t have a “transcript of that call since they keep transcripts of all calls?!?) more lies. 2nd and 3rd time
I had to call they refused to let me speak to a supervisor. Said supervisors don’t speak to customers whaaat?) sure enough they took money out of my account again. This time “werner” again, probably a name he uses just for work) gave me another cancellation number. Confirmed cancellation in email. I wrote to customer “care” what a joke!) with details of when i called,
What i was told, cancellation numbers etc. Some incredibly rude nasty woman “kallie” called me and dropped a bunch of terms to
Try again to intimidate me. Terms and conditions, you owe us this money, it’s your word against ours bla bla bla. Interrupted and talked over me so i could g even get a wrs in. I hung up. She called back. Told me to get my bank on the phone with them to do a 3
Way call and then they could do a refund. Like i’m going to trust that??)
