Collecting exaggerated fees for $2 toll tags. This operation is a total scam ripoff. Waiting for consumer affairs, BBB, or law firm to start class action lawsuits against Alliance One, North Texas Tollway Authority (NTTA), and voting law changes within states to stop charging drivers ridiculous rates to send invoices through the mail.
This is outright robbery and a scam just to have every driver's debit card info, have a tolltag, & then still charge you wrong!! A $2 toll should never amout to $150 worth of administrative fees. Puh-lease!!
