NTB Caused extensive damage to our car. Then handed over liability to a secondary company (in my opinion a ploy to obsolve them of any responsibility). Told us our evidence isn’t good enough and wouldn’t holdup in court. (We’ll see). Then Essentially told us to f**k off. NTB damaged 4 rims on my truck, then strung me along for 11 months and refuse to repair the rims. They put circle Gouges all the way around the rims from there machine.
At first they even tried to say they didn't do it. After 4 hours trying to say they didn't do it I had them sign a confession before I left there. I will be taking further action. It took them all day to change my tires. I got there at 7 and left at 5. BEWARE!
