We got a call from a company by the name of NR Association to collect from a hospital that we have never been to or had services from. Talked to a girl by the name of Brittany and she said the the bill was from 2006 (11 years ago) and if we didn't pay for it they would send it to the IRS and submit a form 1099. Looked all over the net for this company and there is nothing on them. I still have the phone number but no one ever returns my calls. Any advice on what I should do?
