NP Group Rebecca left a message not identifying herself as an employee as a collection agency, she claimed to be with a location service and needed to know the person whereabouts; not only was this against the law, she left the message open for assumptions as she was with a government service, she didnt state it but you can clearly hear as she talked with a stern voice and misleading information.
Clearly these are miseducated misinformed collection agents who dont realize that the year 0f 2018 cannot do these things continuously and get away with it, This company has hired, not all but some a bunch of idiots who could, in the long run, run this company out of business. I did save this message for possible future actions; its a great start.
They are trying to scam people to pay on pay day loans they never took out. The owner of the company has to collect now his name is Joe Joy but he goes by jacob on the phone. They will give you an address on delaware ave but they are really locted at 1339 main st buffalo ny. They have lots of people working there trying to scam also. They do not have seperate departments everything is in one office. They have no HR departement or quality assurance but they will tell you that that are transferring you to Quality assurance but really its just an old voice mail by someone who hasnt worked there since December. Her name is Erin. They illegally call people on a dialer in states that do not permit that. They harrass and stalk people for debts that they dont even owe and everyone knows that they do not owe it. They all go by fake names Kevin Frances is actually name Demetrius Joe Williams is actually Joe Vallone Chris Williams is actually Vincent Hundley Tony is actually Tony but last name is Edugene
