Now Move USA is a repeat offender when it comes to intentionally misleading consumers on a business exchange. Now Move USA llc also known as NMU Worldwide, intentionally changed a weight on a freight shipment in order to extort more money out of me once they took possession of my shipment.
A shipment going two hours west for two pallets was to cost me $525 ended up costing me $763 after they extorted another $238 plus cost me another $25 in a wire fee. They threatending to charge me $150/day in storage fees if I did not wire them payment in full in a wire transfer after they had already been paid in full prior taking possession of my shipment.
Don't trust this company whatever you do, they habitally lie. Google their company name and research for yourself, you will find other 1 star reviews from others claiming they too were dupped. Don't hire Now Move USA, llc, they will extort money from you.
Mike Panser of NMU Worldwide knowingly charged a fraudulently obtained credit card from a repeat customer. The customer's name did not match the true name on the card. I tried to resolve the issue with him directly. He promised to send the documentation to me. Instead he danced me around claiming it was sent to his legal department. Yes . . . His legal department comprised of a full time lawyer and two assistants. Of caused they are not in today because they are in court. Yeah probably trying to keep his ass out of jail.
I hired them for a two pallet shipment. I was quoted $500 and paid it before pick up. I received my shipment with multiple damaged items, but was not able to receive compensation for them as they took now blame.
Then, five months later, they charged me an additional $460 claiming a reclassification, but never provided proof. I disputed the charge with my bank and found that Now Move USA had provided altered documentation to the bank to claim that much shipment weight almost double what I said.
I have proof that the documents they submitted were fraudulently altered. They’re clearly a company pulling a scam.
Now move USA hijacked my freight being sent from Seattle to Las Vegas and shipped to quote unquote their facility in Florida then tried to extort 3 times the original shipping costs. Never got my freight. Sued them in small claims court they lost then refused to pay. They appealed the suit and lost the appeal and still refuse to pay I am sure Mr. Panser will surely respond to this review with all kinds of BS about why he is owed the thousands in extra charges but keep in mind two different courts of law with judges in good standing agreed with me and more than 6 months later I have neither been paid the money he owes nor have i ever received my property.

We do provide a Box truck with a lift gate which can easy handle and legal handle 4000 LBS, the pallet jack the driver use was for 5.000 LBS. As we remember Mr. Lee shipment was arround 2.000 LBS.
No issue to the equipment.

Mr. Lee dont want understand that a residential delivery is different from a business delivery, and a home office did not qualify the residential address as a business address.

After talking to the city hall where he lives it comes out that his address is a residential zoned area and his house where he live is also his home business. The definition of a commercial address and residential address is clear in the trucking business.
