After reading about this wonderfull gadget. checking on previous reports, I usualy will not buy off Facebook. I bought one antena, as my friend in Vegas has a one. This company charged for Three antennas, plus Boosters. I don't want.did not ask for. Trouble is, there order form details that I tried canceling,& contacting them, just did'nt work. I even put a message on Facebook. I heard nothing from them on January 30th. when doing the transactions.
3 THREE. weeks later i recieved my Mastercard Account Statementn,nowflashlights.biz has taken two payments. one £82-49. & another for £62-49' I'd only authorised £ 38 ? That's £145. I'm 79 year old disabled pensioner, trying to save money? I'm carefull. but comments on satisfied customers on Facebook, took me in. I hope they are ashamed. No sign of the order even just the 1. one, i ordered.
I tried to order one tv fox antenna on line. aftersome trouble with their site with an address form,i deleted my information and started again,well they took that and falsified my order and changed the order to (3) three antennas.i tried to call them numerous times to cancell the order but they would not answer their fone nor would they return my calls.
when the one package arrived ,i refused and returned the package. i demand a fefund of $101.73 since i dont have the product and it was returned to them.i believe i am not the only one that this company has ripped off and its time someone holds them responsiable.!! any help would be very appreciated.
Reporting a complaint against Fire Fox TV or Now Flashlights.Biz. Ordered 3 antennaes that were suppose to pull in HD and Regular TV. When I recieved the product, it stated that it would only reach a 30 mile radius. I live in a small town and rarally. I am not able to get signals within 30 miles. I am looking for the company to return the product and get my money back I have not opened the product because I want to return them. I ordered 3 for $89.34 and got the warranty for $39.00. I cannot find the company name or where the product came from. I live in 29 Palms.
Ordered 3 HD TV Antennas. They are useless. They do not work at all. No contact information given. No return address on the package. They charged my credit card for the $87.49 that I agreed to pay, but then when I received my credit card statement, there was an additional charge of $8.75, which I have no idea what it's for! I am left with 3 totally useless, garbage pieces of plastic!
