They refused to refund my money even after there tool configuration was not working....the Tech guy James tried for 3 weeks to fix it and in the end refused to refund my money!! I have reported them for fraud and are currently been investigated!
I ordered the $99.99 package and they took my credit card information and started to buy food and other cell phone bills from my card. be very careful and don't give any real personal information. this website is a scam!
I didn't know at first who took my credit card information until I used a separate credit card and it was also used to purchase a tv and a phone and food. fortunately, my bank refunded all my money and I reported the company. so guys are very careful and don't trust this person with your personal information it looks very legit but it's a complete scam. they don't even answer my emails or calls after I purchased the products.
Last Friday I ordered a subscription to have the RSS feed list so I could import it into my online store. After doing so it was not what I wanted and flooded my store with products that I had no interest in selling. I then contacted customer support that day and was told that I would have to hire a web developer to edit the list in order to use it the way I needed it to work. I decided it would be better to cancel the subscription that day and request a refund. I cancelled the subscription last Friday only to check today that the subscription was reactivated without my knowledge. Also after purchasing the RSS feed to automate the product list I discovered that my bank information was used at a gas station in Arizona the same day. In other words, I'm going to my bank tomorrow to have this taken care of for further investigation and prosecution. In the other review for this company they replied with "It was a competitor who left the review." Well, I'm not a competitor and this company will scam you for whatever they can get away with. F***you, Larry.
This company offers drop shipping on their sites so you can sell their items on e-Bay.com and the items never sells, all crappy stuff.You call them to cancel and they keep billing your credit card.
Try calling them and they make 1000 of excuses so they don't refund or try cancelling the membership.
DO NOT SIGN IN TO IT, IT IS POINTLESS AND NOTHING WILL SELL ON EBAY, IT DOES NOT EVEN MEET THE POLICIES OF EBAY, YOU WILL BE BLOCKED FROM EBAY AND YOU WILL NEVER GET A REFUND FROM THEM.STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPLETE SCAM - DO NOT EVER USE THIS SERVICE, IT IS A SCAM
