I took this company's trail offer. I was NOT told it was for 14 days and was NEVER given return instructions . Now I have been charged a huge amount. Customer service has agreed to a 40% refund but that is just not right. Waiting 6 to 8 business days to see it I get my partial refund. . .

I ordered a free trial offer of Allumiere through a ad on the internet. During the ordering process a second skin care product was automatically included with my order with no means to delete the product from the order. This I discovered buried deep within the Terms and Conditions statement from the company. I sent the company immediately an email which stated:

To: '[email protected]'

Subject: CANCELLATION

I just ordered a free trial of Allumiere and did not want nor was given the means to opt out of a free trial of Noiuvella. Which after reading the “Terms and Conditions” turns out not to be FREE but a contract to pay in full for the first shipment as well as automatically agreeing to receive Noivella every month thereafter at the nominal fee of $109 plus S&H. DO NOT SEND ME NOIVELLA Order #1808192. I only choose to receive the free trial of Allumiere Order #1808156. IF THIS IS NOT POSSIBLE PLEASE CANCEL MY REQUEST COMPLETELY AND DO NOT CHARGE MY CREDIT CARD FOR ANY FEES WHAT SO EVER. THESE ARE MY “TERMS AND CONDITIONS. If you should have questions or concerns about meeting my “Terms and Conditions” please call or email me ASAP.

The Noiuvella order was cancelled as requested. However the company completely disregarded my authorization to allow only S&H fees to be charged and took $103 from my credit card 10 days later even though I expressly denied them that right. Many emails and phone calls later I still have not been able to obtain a full refund. What a SCAM plus the product is useless.

On around June 9, 2016 I clicked on a Skin Care offer as they stated Macy's going out of business and could get skin care for $10.00. I only wanted the $4.96 offer but they included another two unautorized charges for $3.96 & $0.99 so I let it go. Then, they turned around on June 26th, 2017 and charged me $212.00 UNAUTHORIZED:

I authorized this:

I called the Rep who told me that she could only refund me 40% of the $212.00 that I was charged without Authorization (even though I was never sent anything else). I have filed a dispute with my bank. This Company, Nova Skin Sciences is disreputable and dishonest!

Ordered free trial sample only to find out they send full size for trial use & if you don't complain within 14 days, they sign you

up for a monthly subsrcition for automatic shipping and charging your cc. Shocked to see 109.00 CC charge plus the free

shipping & handling charges for two products. Scam - got a return RMA but noticed others reported returns from other

consumers and credit not given

What liars

Same problem with me. Received two products although I only asked for free trial of one. Have been trying to contact the company but to no avail. They do not answer my emails. I am in France. In the meantime they have debited my credit card with Euro 209. When I receive the products, there was no sender nor address, so that I could not return them. I do not understand how they are allowed to continue to do business. This kind of dishonesty is not allowed in Europe. They should actuallly be taken to court, however, from Europe it is impossible for me to do so. Seeing that so many people have had the same problem, I cannot understand that they

are able to continue. What they are doing is barefaced robbery and illegal. I cannot even telephone them, as they only give a 1-800 number which is not

available from Europe. I would love to have their customer service number which I could reach.

I called and I sent a cancellation by way of their web site, but they keep sending the product and charging my account.

On 11/4/2017 I placed an order for two skin care items at the price of $9.90. There was no indication that this transaction had anything to do with further payments or transactions.

On the morning of 11/21/17 I noticed $103 had been taken from my checking account and on 11/25 an additional $109 had been removed.

What is so egregious of this scam is that I had no indication or warning whatsoever AND I have been unemployed since April 18, 2017, without unemployment benefits or other income other than Social Security. In fact the SSA payment only cover my rent and little else.

I made at least four or five calls and all I get is "we will have a manager return your call," but this never happens.

I am considering going to go to the AG of my state on 12/04 and have them request MORE than the $212 in order to force them to return my funds.I am very angry. This company should be put out of business in its enitrety.

I ordered what was supposed to be a free 14 day trial for shipping charges. I got the product about a week ago, I haven't tried it yet and in the last couple days they have charged me $104.03 on my prepaid debit card. I called about this charge and they absolutely refuse to refund me, that it is for the "free" product I received, that they have a company policy that says no refunds on prepaid cards. They were willing to send a free month of product, but not refund my money! This is preposterous. They said it's all in their advertisement for the "free" product (which is Allumiere skin cream), but that it is a "pop" up page after you order. I didn't see it. My guess is they don't refund on credit cards either. They have cancelled me. I want my money back. It's a real scam and I'm very angry.

I was a victim of misleading advertisment as well as other people. I was told I could try allumiere for 30 days and for 99 cents they would send me niuvella as well. In very fine print so they say. I was only given 14 days to try the cremes. That 14 days was from day of order not day of receipt. When I noticed a $109 charge from my banking account I called them , after 20 minutes they offered to give a 40% reduction, I offered to return product as it has not helped in the week I have used it. They said I couldn't send it back cause I have used it. I ask why I could send it back in 14 days after I used it and not now. I was not aware of any other charges for this product. I would not pay $109 for any face product and I want my money returned

Nove Sikn Sciences is a total ripoff. They charge you shipping for a free sample which I understand, then without notice extra charges are applied to your credit card after 14 days. Total charges of $109.00 and $103.00. Products sent had no information in regards to shipping them back if you're not happy to received full refund.

I had to get my credit card company involded in this matter to cancel my orders from this date on and to return these products back to an address that we found out is a third party office.

Nova Sikns Sales rep would not put his supervisor on the phone to give me a refund or cancel my orders being charged each month.

The credit card rep told them they would file a law suit if this matter was not taken care of. After this we were given the information to return the product and receive a credit from company. They have 30 days to refund my money or credit card company will file a law suit and send a report to the Attoney Generals Office.

I seen an ad on the internet for the allumeire and Niuvela. It was a free trial. So I just paid shipping and handling. about two weeks later $211 was taken out of my checking account. I tried to get in contact with the Nova Skin Sciences and all they have is an email. So I emailed and got no return email. So tonight I looked at the websit again and went into terms and conditions to see if there was a money back guarentee because I can't use the products due to causing a rash on my face. And there was a telephone number on there. So I got excited and it was a 24/7 line. So I called and explained to him and he said I'm sorry maam we don't sell them products but I do know there is someone that has been using our telephone number and we have an investigation and complaint going right now and the only thing I can tell you to do is to call your bank. So I will call my bank first thing in the morning and see what they need to do to stop this.

I ordered a free 14 days trail on my cell phone with shipping only charges a total of $8.93 . The product burned my skin. I called to cancel the product but since it was on my cell phone, I could not read the small print. They have a hidden statement that you have only 14 days to cancel and this resulted in a charge of $103.00. On the 18th of the next two months I was billed $109.00 and $115.94. I was not aware of these additional charges as I did not receive products. I found them by accident while checking for a hospital payment. I called Nova today and argued with them for an hour, wanted to talk to a supervisor but never did. A guy who said his name was Richard finally gave me a refund of $115.94. So originally I received two half ounce vials of serum, a meager jar of cream for a total $220.93. Oh, Richard said he was calling from a little farming town. When I realiized it as my home town he ended the call quickly. Reckon they have added phone banks in the barns now days.

Scam

I accepted an offer of 2 face creams only having to pay shipping costs.unaware it came with a subscription. I called within the 14 day's and "Randy" informed me he would not cancel the unknown subscription until I sent the products back.so now I have to pay shipping AGAIN and a 20 dollar restock fee.I live paycheck to paycheck and can't afford this. I don't know what to do.do I cancel my debit card?this is wrong and I won't stop until these ppl stop ripping innocent ppl off!!!!

I saw an ad that said this skin care company was owned by Joanna Gaines from HGTV's Fixer Upper. It said it was offering a sample of two products, but it was not clear that it was a trial and you had to cancel before the 14 day trial period and then you would be charged $103 and $109. Thankfully I discovered the $103 charge before they could charge me for the both. I tried to ask for a refund and they said because it was a pre-paid card they had no policy on how to refund the charges. I reported them to my bank and they told them they refused to refund. When I asked who the CEO was and they refused to provide the information and then they would not give the corporte address and I asked to speak a supervisor and I never caught a call in the 24 hour window they provided. I wanted to send the product back and they would not let me.

I ordered what was suppose to be a trial order, which was suppose to be charged with shipping cost. I was charged $103.00 for one bottle and $109.00 for the other one. My bank account was overdrawn due to this. I have full intentions of pursuing further actions to be refunded. This is False Advertisement and it has caused me to be behind on other bills that needed to be paid...

  • Aug 17, 2017

I ordered a 15-day free trial offer of Allumiere Anti-Aging cream on July 17 and agreed to pay a shipping charge of $2.96, I never received, instead on August 3rd my bank account was charged $103.00.

  • Aug 8, 2017

I ordered a face cream advertised for $5.95.

I was charged $51,50 when I received my credit card bill.

I called and told them I didn't want it and would not pay for it

They agreed and I cancelled that credit card and got a new one where the amoung was listed plus a late fee.

I don't intend to pay this

  • Aug 2, 2017

Total ripoff, advertise a sample of product, then once they have your credit card automatically charge you credit card for future orders you did not order? Sample arrived beyond the 14 days so there is no way you can cancel even if you knew their cancellation policy. I called credit card company and they knew which charges I was disputing even before I told my story. Seems many have had bad dealings with this company. I called them they offed a 30% discount for product I have not received. Told them I was disputing charges and was told tough luck. I printed theirs website information and could find no reference to automatic billing.

I received this product Allumiere, some how when ordering Carcinea Cambogia and was charged $4.96 for free trial shipping cost. My bank statement says by "careglow". I called on 5/30, spoke to "Emma", then "Eugien Anderson" to return the Unopened product and was promised I would not be charged anything else. I returned the product Unopened as "Refused" through the post office on June 6th as well as the Carcinea product (Both of which come from the same call center apparently). I have the tracking # for the Carcinia product due to having pay again for the return but I don't know how to get one for the Refused delivery of the Allumiere skin care product. I spent an hour trying to get my refund today and they refused but offered 40% 0f the $109.00 charged on July 10th. I don't have this product, it was sent back immediately Unopened and now I find out that they have scammed numerous people the same way! They have several warehouses and today, one employee tells me my product went back to California "Which I remember it did" and another one later told me a different address.

They all keep saying their scripted talk and Not listening to the truth and make you wait for a So-called manager only to start All over again with the Same conversation. Please Help me

I ordered some beauty crams online form Nova skin Sciences - specifially Allumiere cream- on May 13th 2017. They simply charge your for shipping - and you have 14 days to cancel the order or they charge you full price for the products. Well, I never received a reciept, and the product did not arrive until July 3rd! I called and they said it was too late, that I should have called withing the 14 days. These people are crooks.

Under false advertising ad on Facebook of JC Penny Closing stores this company offered free trial of skin products for a small fee with no mention that I would be billed after 14 days for more products if I did not cancel my subscription. I received notification from my credit card company that I was being charged $103.00 for something I had not ordered and another charge from this same company was denied.

I contacted my card company to dispute the charges and they gave me the customer service number for Nova Skin Sciences. Spoke with them and they denied refund of product charge stating I had received them. I recieved samples of their products which I paid the small fees for. The customer service representative told me no; the $103.00 was the cost of the products they sent me and refused to give me a full refund. After several attempts requsesting to speak with this reps. supervisor I finally spoke to a different person who was represented as the supervisor.

The supervisor concured with the reps. statements for no full refund, but was told if I mailed the product back to the company within 30 daus I would receive my refund minus a $20.00 restocking fee. I stated that I had already paid for the product with the small fee at the beginning. He said the only way I was to get any money back was to return the product.

I told him that I was disputing the charges on my card and was going to report the company to the BBB, Consumers Advocates Office, and report them for Fraud for False Business Practices. Hung up and directly called my card company to file a dispute of the charges and notified them of the fraud practice of the company.
