I ordered a free sample of nouvalift wrinkle reducer. The cost was $4.95 for shipping. There was a clause to cancel within 14 days, but no contact information. I assumed that the item would arrive with contact information. There was none. I tried looking them up on the internet but the only sight was just for ordering. No phone, internet or email contact information. It wasn't until I found you sight that I was able to find a phone number. I called them and complained. I cancelled but from other reports I'm worried that they will charge me again. This is immoral if not illegal.

I ordered Nouvalift after seeing it online in July of 2016. I got my trial size and used it, for a few weeks. No changes. Well a month later I got another trial size in the mail, no invoice or bill. Figured it was a mistake or something. Then the third one showed up, I was starting to wonder what was going on. I went to the website but couldn't find anything to help me with my account. The 4th order showed up and I looked up the address on the package, but found nothing helpful, I decided not to open the shipment package. Today I received another one and finally had enough time to do some research and found this website. It had a customer service number for Nouvalift. I called and they told me they could only refund my last shipment. I asked if they would like it if I would get in touch with the B.B.B.? I was refunded my last two shipments. Still out hundreds though!!

I ordered Nouvalift from a facebook add which said it was $4.95. Now being billed 99.95 for the "samples". My credit card company is fighting it for me but to date they have been unable to settle the matter.

Apparently, I ordered a $4.95 sample for Beaute Wrinkle Reducer. After receiving the first sample, I continued to receive them in a plain envelope with a 0.5 fl.oz. tube of the wrinkle reducer. No paper work in the envelope, so I had no idea why I was receiving them. I finally did some research and came to the relalization that I have been charged $99.95 for the past five months. When I called they told me that I agreed to this, which I would never agree to paying $99.95/month for a 0.5 fl oz tube of a wrinkle reducer. I am not that rich. They told me they would cancel my future orders, but would not do anything about the 5 I did not order and was charged $500. I asked for a name of a supervisor or the mailing address to dispute and they told me they could not give that to me because of security. Not sure what that means, but I received no help from the person on the phone. I don't know where to turn to get a refund for something I did not order. Please help.

I ordered lumidaire anti-aging face cream. During check out i was also offered to try the anti aging eye serum, both for only shipping and handleing. When I checked my credit card statement, I was billed for S&H on both products but also $34.71 for RYE*VITACREGENPLUS. I did not order any other products.

I called the number listed on my credit card statement because there was none listed on the packaging list that came with the products. I was told that I had signed up for a trial , not a product test. I was told I would be shipped the product every month for $89.71. I told him to cancel everything and that I would return all the products I had recieved since they were still unopened. He said they could not accept them back and offered me a 35% discount. I said I would talk to my bank first before accepting his offer. He told me my bank could not refund my money and that I should take the 35%. I said no. Then he offered me 50% because he said he was a supervisor and could do that for me. I explained that they sent me something I did not order and would like a full refund. He then offered me 75% off. I said I would talk to my bank and my attorney first before accepting his offer. He then said he would refund me 100% and that it would take 10 days to credit my account. He also agreed to stop any future product mailings to me.

I saw an ad with a video on my facebook page and went to a site that sold this produce - Nouvalift. I used it about 5 times when the cap popped off making the rest of the bottle unable to be used. I paid about $71.00 for this product and am very angry that I have no contact info for the place I bought it and cannot find the company's info to put in a complaint or return the product for replacement. I went to nouvalift.com and it warned that I was not authorized to enter the site. WHY NOT? I can only believe they have something to hide and think it's very underhanded to have random places selling this product that you can not contact through the websites it is offered on. I want resolve and find no way to get it,

I was attacted to a link to a free 10 day trial of an eye cream and facial cream combination that reduced and eliminated wrinkles and crowfeet around eyes and face. Little did I know that after 10 days of free trial I would be charged 85 and 89 dollars each for the two products, even though I had a 30 day supply and then a month later I had an auto ship of another 30 day supply of each. I hadn't watched my credit card statements and discovered this after the second shipment.

You see, after the 10 day free trial, unless I cancelled the product, I was charged for the free products (I thought) retroactive. If I had cancelled in 10 days, then there would have been no charge and no autoshipment a month later. It cost me $84.75 and $89.75 twice totaling $349.00 for 2 months supply. It did seem to work but it is way too pricy for us to spend that money every month. When I called to cancel, they offered me first 25% discount for life and then 50% discount for life. It is still too expensive for what it does, atleast for our pocketbook.

They appear to change the label on the product and keep changing the company name to avoid this kind of exposure. Buyer beware!!

Bad service

I submitted to the free trial and today there was £160 taken from my account. I have no job and am in debt. I cannot find a number or email address to cancel a subscription and am now worried that they will take more money from my account, I have already taken an overdose at the way things have been and this has now just added to it.

These people are con artists and scammers and now I'm in debt, no job and suicidal.

They play the game well.

I got this cream as a gift for a survey.

I was to pay for postage in the amount

of 4.95.Imagine my surprise when they charged my

bank account 99.95. I called the company and they promised

to refund my money. I have made 4 phone calls to the company.

so far they have gave me a run-around First rep. told me it would take 3 to 5

business days, second rep said the same thing, Third rep told me it took

several days to post to my account, 4th rep.i didn't understand because he had

a heavy accent. Nouvalift has had this cream since sept 9th and i still don't have my refund

This has caused an overdraft.I live on a fixed income so you can imagine how upset i am.

I went online and ordered 2 samples of facecream-nouvalift. I paid for the samples. I didn't order anymore; however, I have been charged almost $200.00 on 2 days.-and I have received nothing nor do I want to.

This company refuses to take a cancelation order. "Henry" does nothing but argue when a cancellation for future orders was requested. Even tho this cream gave me a rash which had to be treated by a Dermatologist, Henry tried to give me a discount on the cream! I hope it was cancelled, I have a cancellation number Henry gave me and I have contacted my credit card company to refuse any more charges. The cream is more than worthless to me.
