I was in process of bankruptcy and wanted to get a truck. Like I always wanted. I was contacted by Nourse and went to see what they could offer. Pretty much $1200.00 down and payments about $500.00 range. I test drove two, that was "in my price range". I chose a 2011 Chevy Silverado, lower miles. Looked great. Looks can be deceiving. My truck ended up back to Nourse within a week and half. The whole front and back end sounded like it was coming apart. The first time, said the change a rear U clamp. It continued the noises. I brought it back again. They said they couldn't find anything wrong. The manager as well as the saleswoman told me I could take it to Glockners in Portsmouth and my warranty
would be covered. They lied. Then said they never said that. Nothing worse than a liar. I ended up taking it to Glockners , like they said to. The mechanic found over $1300.00 of repairs needing done and deemed my truck, in all caps, unsafe. I had to pay about $97.00 out of pocket, because Nourse lied and my warranty was not covered there. Only with Nourse. I picked up my truck from Glockners, which they was very concerned me driving it to Chillicothe. Nourse acted as though they cared less. My truck, Glockners paperwork, and myself made it to Nourse in Chillicothe. The paperwork was copied. They tried to keep the paperwork that deemed my truck unsafe, but insisted on it back. The mechanic there did the work
that Glockners said was wrong. I picked up my truck. And the other side was still making the same noise. The manager of used trucks refused to reimburse me for the diagnostics at Glockners. Stated to the customer liason, "We've already put too much money in this truck". I called yet again to tell them the front end braking system was still making the same noise. I was told their mechanics are clueless what is wrong with it. Really?? Glockners had found right front axel, hub and both sides rotors and brake pads need replaced. All I was asking for is the truck to be fixed or give me a truck that was safe. Nourse Chillicothe could've cared less or still care less that I am driving a truck that is unsafe and still
needs repairs. They refuse to do anything further. Sounds as though they didn't do the repairs to begin with. I am paying almost $500 a month for a truck that is still having major front end issues. Nourse Chillicothe acts as though they do not care. These people are crooked, mean and heartless. The only one I came into contact with that even remotely tried was their customer liason. I want something done to these people! I want my truck fixed! Or another truck that is SAFE!! Stay away from these people! They will do whatever it takes to make money and treat you like you're an idiot. Never again will I ever go there for a vehicle. And neither should anyone else.
I purchased a 2015 dodge caravan with 30 day warranty. Within 2 days had it back for blower fan. Said it was fixed and 2 days later quit again. Notified the salesman. Before I could get it into shop the transmission would not go into gear and was making noise an slipping. Parked it and as towed to Nouse. Salesman Jeff Book said it drove fine next day but taking it to Hernstein Dealer for motor blower fan. They had it for almost 30 days to fix blower fan and put transmision fluid in. I went to Myrtle Beach and brock down after arrival due to transmission. Had to find a service tech o wok on. Had to replace seals on transmission that was messed up. The thermostate also went out. $1285 Later on my credit card. Tried to hange my mind on purchased when things started to go wrong 2 days after buying. Salesman said it was impossible. Being a senior woman I believe I was taken advantage of. Called salesman and told him of the repair. He said he would take it to his boss. That was 4 days ago and no word from him.
