Hello. April, 2016, I sold over 20 pair of shoes to the consignment store, Notorious Lifestyle. I was given a written receipt, which listed: the shoe, the shoe size, a cleaning fee (if applicable), and the sale price of the shoe. The shoes were to be left at the store until sold and the sales person is suppose to call and provide a check. In this case, the sales person would have been: Ant, Lawrence, or Neil. Overtime, I was provide three checks and 5 paypal payments. The checks have been cashed as I do no have the receipts for them, but the paypal payments were: $180.00, $36.00, $108.00, $72.00 and $45.00. I informed Neil that I would be moving to to Arizona and he said that as my shoes sold, he will provide a payment to my paypal account. A few months passed by, and I was not receiving any paypal payments. I reached out to the store and I was told that my shoes were still there and they will let me know overtime if they dont sale. I let a few more months roll by and I called again. I was then told that Neil was out of town and to call back. I called back and was told that Neil was on leave because he had a baby, but not to worry. I asked if I could have someone come get my shoes and they said yes. I flew out to Denver and visited the store to pick up my shoes. A sales rep said that he had no record of my shoes and Neil was not available. He gave me a number to text Neil and I never got a response. I decided to let time pass by. I reached out a month ago again and was told that Neil no longer worked there. They asked me for some type of confirmation number that I never received. I was told by Ant that he will look into it and have a new manager call me. I called today after receiving no call, and talked to a manager Junior. Junior asked me for the confirmation number which I never got. He bluntly told me that he is not about to look through all the paper work to locate me. He said he didnt work there when I did the transaction so theres nothing he can do but to text Ant or Lawrence.
