This entire enterprise is a scam. The company nory and parterns is simply the first step in a giant pyramid scheme. Look at the webpage https://thedevilcorp.Wordpress.com/ for full info on the pyramid schem. They will pay you less than minimum wage, they are constantly losing people even though they'll tell you that the position is selective and they only hire people that will really work out long term. Its insane. They'll lie to you and keep you intentionally in the dark about things.
First things first; the interview tactics are completely dishonest. The most agregious example of this would have to be the job posting for a job that was involved in getting "real estate experience". Let me make this clear: there is only one job at nory and partners, and that is selling att and directv door to door. You will be manipulated into believing that its possible to make millions of dollars off of this scam, but that is only if you're willing to lie cheat and steal.
I saw them hire a woman from the other side of the country who they encouraged to uproot her life to move to austin.
When they sign you on they will promise you all kinds of things, i was promised a $500 signing bonus, which was one of the only reasons i took the job knowing that training was not paid for. I was later told i would get the bonus after i made my first 5 att internet sales. After i made my first 5 att internet sales, they changed the criteria and told me i wouldnt be getting my bonus until i made 5 dtv sales. I was constantly sent to leads where dtv was not availablle, so i never made my 5 dtv sales. I calculated my earnings for my first 2 weeks and made an hourly rate of $2.30 an hour.
The "owner" nona black, is nothing more than an office manager. The whole thing is smoke and mirrors. She runs her office exactly as she's told to, and even just a little bit of research into this scam will show you how all credico/smartcircle offices are run the exact same way. Employees are all sold on the same "dream" of being a business "owner". Nona and her office have moved across the country and changed names because of the horrible reputation she built up in her previous office in new york. There is already a different yscam about her.
Here in austin in mid october 2018, her entire office quit over the course of 2 days when they found out all of this information. She is currently still recruiting people here in austin as far as i'm aware. Stay away from this scam.
Nona will rip you off, lie to you, but when you first meet her, or when you can do something for her, she seems incredibly sweet. Serious snake.
Larry davis was never a veterinarian even though thats his story, and part of how he hooks people. "honestly i was just looking for a better opportunity with more money!" yea, right.
Jay "gilles" hanbursin will tell you he has wealthy family back in europe. Even thought he 'could just go back and run his fathers company, he wants to be a self made millionare" who knows if the wealthy father is true, but he will say anythign he has to to get a sale and make promotion.
There are lots of videos on youtube explaining the scam, and the website mentioned at the beginning of this report does probably the best job.
