They picked up our furniture on Jan 13th for Jan 25th delivery. We had gotten two estimates from them but after furniture loaded they charged us double! We were rehabbing a house and the contractors were behind a week. We called to see if we could reschedule the delivery until Feb 1, a week later. They told us the schedule had not been made out and it would not be a problem. Unfortunately we did not get the name of the woman who told us. On Jan 26th the company called and told us there would be an evening delivery on Jan 27th. We called the company to postpone deliveray and they had no record of our conversation with the company on January 20th requesting a different delivery date. We had a $2500 cashier’s check from the bank ready for them. When they arrived they told us they would only take cash!! It was after banking hours. They would not unload the truck . The drivers sat in the street all night until the next morning when the bank opened. In addition, we were charged another $400! I just read the review of another customer on line with the same scam! Further, they said they use their own trucks but they do not!!!! I recently read a similar review with this company.
