I originaly ordered a supplement called "SynerFlex" (214.70). I wanted to try it to see if it really helped as their advertisement stated (mistake #1). I did NOT check the box for the "Auto Delivery Service".

Since the original order was placed by credit card, (mistake #2) I was surprised to find about 2 months later I was charged again (214.70). At which time I attempted to contact them through customer service to have this stopped. I found out the phone number just took you to an auto responder which reffered you back to their e-mail address, so I sent a message asking to have this stopped. (Mistake #3)

Thinking it had been taken care of, imagine my surprise when about 2 months later, I again was charged (214.70). I again tried contacting this company, through their customer service e-mail account, only to get automated e-mails stating: "We have received your request and it will be responded to within 24-48 hours.

This started over 3-weeks ago and every time I sent a message I received a automatic reply stating that my message had been received and there was no need to send another message. I finally received a different message yesterday saying they were sorry and just send the product back (at my expense of course).

The problem is, as of this date I have received nothing to send back! My account was billed over a month and a half ago. I just want my money back and be rid of this nightmare, is that to much to ask?

If anyone is considering buying anything from this company just beware, they will get you.

Cancel order

Tried cancelling an order of Revitalone, thought I had been given a 20% discount on 1st bottle to find out they ALREADY...in less than 24hrs, had mailed out 2 bottles totaling $348.00...who in the in their right mind orders 2 bottles adding up to that kind of money especially through this pandemic!! Then when I called C.S., in the US, I get a rep in Ireland!! Told him when I purchased just the one bottle, (so I thought), and tried cancelling on line, & he told me that it had already shipped out "IRONICALLY" this afternoon, plus they were suppose to contact me with tracking info when it was shipped!! Last I knew it was still being processed as of 11AM this morning!! I BETTER SEE MY REFUND WHEN I REFUSE THIS ORDER, OR I WILL BE IN TOUCH WITH MY LOCAL BBB!!!

I ordered some Smoothenal oil for pain from Northstar Nurtritionals, they shipped as promised, but when I was checking out there was all these popup adds for their other products coming up, I reected them all and even wrote customer service a note that stated I did not want any of their other products and when I received the confirmation I only was charged and shipped my 3 bottles of Smoothenal which I ordered, however there was a second box that came at the same time with no packing slip or confirmation, then about a month later I received a bill on my Discover card for the extra shipment $41.97. this is not fair and could be a scam, I called them and they said to return it at my cost that I ordered it, they were not pleasent to talk to at all. Unfortunately I threw it out because I did not want it and did not think they would bill me for it so I could not return it.
