Weeks n weeks went by, I started to ask questions. She said she made us CEOs of the corps. I said :Whats the name of the Corps? She said there has to be some level of trust. I said HUH? She said the last client she told that to before they received the info in the mail, they tried to buy a car and messed up the funding process.
She goes on to say, when the pre approvals come back she'll send all the info by email in a spreadsheet and we'll have it then. I said yea ok!
Weeks go by, She sends a WORD EXCEL DOC that looked like a 5th grader made it. It was a simple word excel spread sheet of typed in banks names and loan amounts. I contacted her IMMEDIATELY like, WHAT THE HELL is this BS, This aint nothing but a Word Excel Doc and you just typed in some BS Bank info and Numbers and typed in Pre Approved.
I said WHERE IS THE ACTUAL PRE APPROVED LETTERS FROM THE BANK THAT HAS THE CORP INFO / NAME ON IT!
Her excuses was foolish. She said thats just info for us to let us know what banks theyre working with and what amounts we was pre approved for. I said, Ok then, Whats the Name of the Corps?? She could never answer that question!
Late August closing in September we was SUPPOSED to get our Corp Articles, Funding Package in the mail. Here's all the excuses Rosie Wade and Thomas used.
1. The mail is at our forwarding Office, The receptionist is very slow. We've told her numerous times to mail out the package
2. The receptionist hasnt been responding, I think she may have left
3. The receptionist went on vacation but there is a temp there
4. The temp hasnt sent the mail out yet
5. Ive contacted management
Im going for Chemo because I have Cancer so ill be out for a few!!!!
6. Ive handled everything with the temp, Mail is being sent out and I will be sending you confirmation / tracking number
7. It went from Fed X to some Courier Service to USPS

10. She told Thomas about the issue and Thomas said hes gonna fly out to Minnesota and get the mail and mail it to us HIMSELF.
11. Thomas has the mail, he'll be sending by Priority and Ill be "sending you tracking"
When days n days n days Pass. Rosie's next excuse:
12. She fell down the steps and is in the ER
13. Thomas emails us and says Rosie is getting pins in her ankle. But you guys mail is coming. Ill be sending tracking to you both.
They finally disappeared at this point because they ran out of excuses.
This Company is a COMPLETE RIP OFF FRAUD.
When you speak to Rosie on the phone, as soon as you hang up, an email comes to you immediatley about the sale of other corporations. a 10 Corp deal. A sale that needs to filed by the next day or the Corps are gone
These Scum bags do not have Corporations for sale. they dont have anything but a HUGE SCAM where they speak to you and stay in touch and when you dont receive your Corp, they will give you EVERY FOOLISH EXCUSE IN THE BOOK. Being in the hospital, Sending you tracking numbers, its always "Sending but Never Sent".......Cancer treatment
