Dwayne Mayberry is a thief Who took advantage of me after the Harvey flood. My house was flooded and I hired northside turnkey services i.e. Dwayne Mayberry to do the repairs after the flood. I paid him $40,000. Once he received the money he would not show up for work, I would literally have to beg him to show up to do any repair work.
He was highly rated by Home Depot so I did not think I would have a problem. He never finished the work and the work he did do was horrible at best. I ultimately had to hire a different contract for the job. The 2nd contractor had to redo the little work actually done by northside turnkey services because the work they did was so horrible.
Dwayne stole my money and ultimately cost me more money to have my house repaired. I took this issue up with Home Depot who actually wrote me a check for $10,000 which was a help but for from the $40,000 Dwayne stole from me.
Dwayne took it vantage of a family who lost everything to the Harvey flood and has never had any remorse or even attempted to repay the money he stole. Its been 6 months now that Mayberry was going to pay me for a roof I reroofed for him and I've been waiting for that call for him to finish paying me and now he doesn't awnser my texts phone calls.I call from other numbers he awnsers makes excuse and claims to be buisy hangs up .I don't see how u can hire some one to perform a job for u and not pay them afterwards.very bad business
July 2015 I was referred to Dewayne T. Mayberry owner of Northside Turnkey Services by an employee at Home Depot. I needed to have some work done on my home and had save enought to get started on what I nedded to do. Dewayne T. Mayberry showed up at my homelooked at what I needed don't and sai he could do it. he asked for a deposit of 3,000 and started the job of remodeling the restrooms. Everyweek is was asking for more money but none of the areas were being completed before he started slacking off and finally he stopped coming and completely blocked my number. I have given him every opportunity to complete the job and after a year it is still not completed. I have spoken to other customers who have the same issue. He start the job, get your money and never completes what he started. My house is a mess and he don't care. I did some research and found that this is very common with him. He has several arrest for stealing. I need help with recouping my monies for the unfinished work or the work completed.
