Made an in person visit to the repair facility to schedule an appointment a few days in advance. I was told to drop my truck off at 7:30 a.m. on the following Tuesday. Repair requested was for a small body paint repair to cover an area of approximately 2 feet x 1 foot. No metal, plastic or structural repair was required or requested.
Dropped truck off at 7:30 a.m. on Tuesday as requested. Recieved an estimate. A picture of the area of the requested repair was taken and a preliminary estimate was provided. Repair was not completed, no progress repaort received, online update stated repair not started as of Thursday morning.
I went to the repair facility early Thursday morning. Several additional vehicles lined up outside the facility. Requested when would my truck repair be completed. Scott from the facility could give no estimate. Cavalier attitude to my statement that a small paint job should not take long to fix. The business must put more emphasis on higher paying customers in scheduling repairs. He was unconcerned as to when my truck was to be repaired. Maybe Friday. Maybe not.
I emailed company president Scott Jones telling him the repair job reponse time by the company was unacceptable. I received no reply as of Friday morning.
Poor customer service. Lack of any urgency to serve the customer. Places the requests of higher paing customers over the smaller jobs. My repair costs are going to be paid in cash per my agreement. They know they can get my money immediately without regard to how long it takes them to do a simple job.
