Due to an inn employee interrupting a conversation with the clerk and myself, he then got it in his head I was at the desk and needed to leave. This has to be the most petty inn I have ever stayed. This employee who I have never met or seen, I am expected to know who they are and do what they say. That is ridculous and just nonsense. This person seems to just want to create chaoes. This person, from what I can gather by reading other reviews, is involved with the property manager. This is something that should not be allowed as it creates a conflict of interest & a bias opinion around any guest related matters. The guest is the one whom is going to suffer and be asked to leave inn. The manager will not even hear what the guest has to say because her opinion has already been made and there is no more to say. If the camera video could have been viewed by all parties involved, it would have been seen that the inn employee interuped the clerk as she was answering a question, which should have put his actions into question. I do not really know if they even looked at video or not, but this pettiness needs to be stopped employee relationships need to be reviewed for conflicts of interest. The Northlake Inn is closing on May 31, 2018 at the request of the City of Tucker and all guest have to find other accomadations. The City of Tucker should really review all opinions, reviews, & complaints about this property when they decide to allow the inn to reopen or leave it closed permantely. There are some good people that work there, but management is not good & gives hospitality a bad name. The GM, along with the so called head of security should be let go from the property. As I read past comments/reviews, they all seem to point to the GM & the so called head to security causing all the bad reviews and ratings. Has the owner been made aware of this? The owner needs to be made aware of this and I would hope the necessary actions taken. The City of Tucker should also be made of this, along with how the owner handles the matter. The owners actions can then be used when the City decides whether or not to allow the inn to reopen.
