I have called multiple times stating I owe a title loan from 2012. Which is not true, and the first I've heard of this. I was not even living in the state at that time. Sara wanted to confirm my information including the last 4 of my social security number which she rattled off and asked it this was correct. Now that's scary! She said if I don't resolve this they will be taking me to court, when I asked for proof she sent me a document they typed up with a payment plan and told me to sign it as confirmation of debt. Yeah right, also the debtor has changed from the first 2 calls along with the amount of debt. The document she sent says original debtor as kingston marketing LLC. I am being harassed by this company and not falling for this scam. They cannot show any original documents of any transaction and I've never taken a payday loan!
They claim I owe money but never say to whom or what when they leave a message. They are threatening that I need to call them today or else face punishment. It is a scam.
