North Lake Laboratory should be indicted for fraud. They are a sham company who charges fraudulent fees for standard lab testing. I was required to provide a urine sample upon my visit with Humphress Glenn in The Woodlands, Texas. I have received the same ADHD medications for years without being required from any other Dr to provide a urine sample. However, I provided the sample as I was told. We later received an $11,390.21 claim which was filed to our insurance by North Lake 'Laboratory'. Our insurance (Cigna) paid $3.29 which is a fair assessment since you could buy a urine test at the store for $10. It's almost unbelievable to think any medical billing establishment would charge $11,390.21. Upon calling North Lake Lab, they insist that our insurance reduced the charge to $500 (because the billing company incorrectly believes this is my deductible) and if I just pay them the $500 for the urine test, we'll be square. My insurance company said they are liars and con artists. Beware! Don't give them ANY of your money! We'll be looking into alternate avenues to protect future victims.
