Steven Craig Harvey is a fraud

Steven (Craig) Harvey is a fraud!!! He's all talk. He doesn't even have all the carriers that they offer. All the agents there are under his mom for Trans America. He doesn't even have them. They run the business like a prymid scheme. They hand out very low contracts and renewals as low as 1% OUCH!!! They start agents at 65%-80% then charge them $30 for leads that have been reworked over and over. They don't even have great carriers, my guess is because the face of the company doesn't have the best name in the industry. He's constantly getting sued. They recently starting pushing Americo Eagle on the agents very heavily, recently pivoted away from Trans. Agents aren't even fully vested with Americo, call the company yourself and find out. And your renewal is 1% there when it shoud at least be 7-8% no yo mention he stole the renewals from agents with Americo before. With all the carriers they do have,Trans, MOO, Foresters, LBL, Americo and Settlers. Oops, the agents don't know anything about that yet. He recently picked up Settlers, his mom and some of his trusted sheep. Your lowest contract with any of those carriers should be 115% that's directly what the company hands out but they suppress the contracts. They'll try and tell you 115% of 0 is still 0. Well the same could be said for your horrible low 60-80% contracts. So because a person has a low contract that means they'll make more money? They make no sense at all in the crazy things they say.

North American Senior Benefits NASB Craig Harvey is a Fraud Lawrenceville Georgia!!

I am writing this report not because I got ripped off, but because NASB demonstrates what is wrong with final expense. First and foremost, Chad Milner is a decent and honest human being. His family is well-respected in the insurance community and he partners with a lot of great companies. The Milner Group is not the issue. Craig Harvey is the problem. He was able to sell himself and this bogus agency to Chad Milner and convince Chad to venture out into the final expense market.

Here are the facts: A) Craig Harvey and Nick Cammarata have both been sued by a company called Senior Life Services,

located in Florida. Rory, the owner of the company, alleges that Craig stole a number of agents and

skipped out on a large sum of rolled-up insurance debt.

B) Craig is not a salesman. He is simply a “hype man” for NASB. He doesn’t have much experience in

industry and probably couldn’t sell his way out of a wet paper bag. Does he make a lot of money?

Probably, but this is predicated on making agents pay for leads on 70 and 80 point contracts, when

those agents could command 95 points to 115 points.

C) Nick is not experienced in the insurance industry. He is some sort of recruiter for the company, but

doesn’t seem to do much recruiting. Similar to Craig, he couldn’t sell his way out of a wet paper

bag.

Finally, NASB is in the lead generation and sales business. They overprice leads and then recycle them over and over and over. If you are a brand new agent or experienced in the business, don’t allow yourself to be underpaid or taken advantage of by these guys. Craig Harvey is not respected at all in the final expense industry and will fade at some point because no IMOs want to issue him contracts after what happened with Rory and SLS.

In November of 2015 I was approached by 3 NASB agents one being a manager and they asked if I needed a job. Of course I was interesting in hearing what they had to say because I had been out of work for 2 years. They talked up NASB and how they help people 65 and over with Final Expenses (in other words Life Insurance) through a lead program. They talked with a lot of enthusiasm and excitement and how much money can be made daily in "helping people".

They told me I need to take a course to get my state Life Agent Licenses and then I would be ready to do what they do (nope this turned out to be a 5 month process with no gaurantees) and they would teach me how to make money (hahaha)

The disappointing fact that came to light I got to the point where I though I was ready to hit the field is in order to become a Life Insurance Producer you have to have Capitol

1. money for the cost of course no matter how you take it

2.money for your licenses

3. money for each time you have to take exam if you do not pass the first time

4. money for finferprinting that goes with background check

Once you get approved by NASB....you still need money

to go to Bootcamps

Convention

Business cards

and Leads

and then they tell you OK you are ready

to go out and sale Final Expense

No No No ...you are not

you have no idea which carriers to call for certain health issue

you have to know medications and what they are used for

you have to know inside and out the difference between Whole Life, Term and UL

You have to know when you look at a policy if it is a good ,great or bad policy and how to replace on the betterment of the prospective client and you have to know how in a tactful way how be able to tell the prospective client the difference in all these.

The insurance you took in the begin does not training you on any of this.

I have never been so heartbroken and full of animosity knowing that these people were dishonest and pyred upon someone looking to make instant money without spending money I didn't have in the first place. In the mist of all of this my car got repoed and I got $1000 of dollars behind on rent because these 3 people kept telling me I would make instant money (NOT!!!)

And on top of everything it is a MLM. The top just has not clasped yet because of there backing

What in the World?

My mother got mail from NASB today concerning getting insurance to supplement the Social Security Death benefit. My mother passed away 23 years ago, and if she were alive today, she would be 101 years old.

Her social security is marked "Deceased". SO WHAT KIND OF SCAM is this company trying to pull?

www.nasbnation.com SCAMMERS!!

Apparently my mother sent something in to this company because she wanted information about their Insurance policies. BIG mistake. She thought she would just receive something in the mail or maybe a phone call with more information. Instead she got a man (Kevin P. Young) who shows up at her doorstep unannounced. My mother is in a wheelchair and normally does not let salesmen inside. He literally pushed himself in the door.. not even giving her a chance to let him in (which she wouldn't have because she never does.)

I was present to witness this horrible encounter. My mother listened to him patiently even while he talked her ear off about his own insignificant personal matters. She even looked at his pictures he wanted to show her on his phone of strangers. He was very relentless and pushy with his approach and sales pitch.. My mother said she wanted to "Think it over.." And he proceeded to really get aggressive with the badgering. "How long are you gonna think about it.. you could die tomorrow..." That whole spiel to try to guilt-trip her. He pulled out all the stops.

But things really took a turn for the worse when he said to me "So what are you going to do when your mother dies, burn her up and put her in an ashtray or a coffee can?" Then he begins to snicker and get more abusive and disrespectful in his language. At this point i told him to get out before i had to make a phone call to remove him from the premises. We have never been spoke to or disrespected that way in our own home. My mother was in tears and very upset when this man left.

He was VERY disrespectful, rude and arrogant the entire time. Unprofessional and i can't believe this company has someone working for them who would make these kind of sickening remarks to potential customers. Do they teach all their Coordinators to belittle and bully people into signing your Life insurance policies?

This is absolutely the worst experience I have encountered and I believe this man needs to face some repercussions for his words and actions. He also bragged about this companies reputation with the BBB.. Yet all i have read are BAD reviews all over the web. I believe this is a scam company and i would NOT trust them.. especially with the kind of people they have representing them. It's disgusting.

This salesman sunk to a new low. The way he speaks to customers and his attitude is the POOREST I have seen. I was one step away from calling the Law as he didn't want to leave but when i got him to leave he said "I don't care, I'll make $3000 today." That is the kind of low class coordinators they have working for them in the Ohio area, I just thought everyone should know and BEWARE giving your information or even inquiring about policies from this company.

You are better off going with a well-known bigger life insurance company these guys don't even have reputable contact phone number for management, so what do you think will happen if you encounter a problem? You won't be able to get in contact with anyone. Taking a chance with this company is a high risk i would never take. REPORT THEM TO 800-656-2298 INSURANCE FRAUD!!

Beware of NASB Lawrenceville, GA, via Postal Mail received or if you contact them, incessant telephone calls, or personal sales visits from them. This is apparently a "Senior Services" type of company that in general discusses or sells especially senior citizens life insurance, medical, medicaid or even medicare insurances or services.

The "products or services" are approaching outright fraud, and their sales pitches by phone or personal visits are clearly to those in the know fraudulently based, replete with false statements, false claims.

If you or someone you love or care for have been taken in by this company, strongly suggest that you file complaints with both the Georgia State Attorney General AND ALSO your states Attorney General.

If you have elected to ignore their mailings or possible telephone calls, count your blessings.
