I currently reside at Meadowlark Apartments in Forest Grove. The so-called ''managers", Leah Lambert and her husband Jared Lambert made my living here stressful and really horrible overall. She never follows her working hours, doesn't fit discrepancies and she calls residents ''liars''.
She uses her husband to intimidate residents and makes up rules and regulations which are followed by weekly eviction notices. The company they work for is called "Norris and Stevens". When I tried to make a complaint against Leah and Lambert I was told that this company no longer owns Meadowlark. When Leah slapped another eviction note on my door, I called the company again and it turned out they DO own it still.
Came to find out they are only responsible for the complex whenever is most convenient to them. I talked to four individuals that work for "Norris and Stevens" and they were all extremely rude and unprofessional. The company is a scam, stay away.
