Norman Edward Dyer and his accomplice Patricia Nadia Cecchetto are known fraudsters living in the Huntsville, Lake of Bays, Ontario area.
They have perpetrated investment loan scams on people and owe money to several different banks including Bank of Montreal ($52,111), Bank of Nova Scotia ($260,000), Rock Capital Investments, ING Bank of Canada plus several businesses and individuals.
They have also scammed real estate agents with their property at 1438 Limberlost Road in Huntsville and have been working with known real estate fruadsters Gary T. Fraser and Audrey van den Berg.
Norman Edward Dyer represents himself as a real estate agent, REALTOR and real estate broker but there is no record of him listed with the Real Estate Council of Ontario (RECO). He says he owns the property at 1438 Limberlost Rd but the real owner listed on title is Patricia Nadia Cecchetto.
When reached for comment they will tell you to take them to court but you won't be able to find them to serve them papers. Last known addresses are 2269 Hwy 60 Unit 4, Huntsville, Ontario, Canada and 1438 Limberlost Rd., Lake of Bays, Ontario, Canada.
