We bought a 2017 Honda Pilot and after we got done with the paper work we went to the car with the sales person to review how to use the options. My wife only wanted three things in a car, Nav system, leather seats and heated seats. When we asked the sales person why we did not feel any heat coming from the seats she stated as we drive home we will feel the heat, just takes a little time. Well 45 minutes later and home still can not feel any heat. Texted the sales person the same night and said to take it to service. Did that to the dealer by my house, and they said it is working as designed, we said we cant feel any heat, they said the design is only 89 degrees and that is why we cant feel it. Well then why call them heated seats. Answer was when it is very cold outside we may be able to feel the heat. Then dealing with Kevin Harris and Norm Reeves Honda, he was degrading and rude. If you have any issues make sure he is not assigned. So bottom line, we should have never driven the car home as the salesperson recommended, our bad. While briefly standing at the out side service line a female Hispanic adult , drove very fast and unsafe into the car dealership. She missed my right leg and foot , by approximately a half inch. Calif. plate: . She offered no apology. Next: Incident : While in the process of leaving: At will employee from the service department was tailgating me. Calif. Vehicle Code: 21703. Note: The Calif. These can be possibly illegals with fixed papers. Evil and no Godly conscious. Ex Convicts. Evil with no conscious. A commission mechanic will persuade innocent customers to get mechanic work done. That was never needed. As all the managers sit back and laugh. They enjoy scamming unaware customers. This is why , car dealerships like commission mechanics.
Next: The commission mechanic will most of the time fix one thing and damage many areas on a car. This is to get more work. This is as the customer is sitting helpless in the lobby. The managers will turn a blind eye. Most managers only want more and more money. They could care less about the financial status of a customer. Now: The question remains will the mechanics that have worked here for the last two to ten years volunteer for a test of honesty?
