E-mailed for ra; told i would have to return items to china!!!! no mention of this on website terms etc., until i tried to return. Complained to them, they offered me 15% refund of my order of $856.30 if i wouldn't return items. No phone numbers to call; shipped from unnamed warehouse in chino, ca. Filed dispute with my visa and am waiting for determination. Researching company; company shown as "chicv hong kong hk" on my credit card. Many many warning postings online re. This fraudulent company. Again, no mention of them being in china or return policy of having to ship returns to china!!!!!!
