I have never in my life had any dealings with a company this bad!!! JC Penny should definitely find another delivery company to use. My spouse & I purchased a bed from JCP and it was to take 7-10 days to make and then would be shipped to Houston for delivery. We waited 15 days and called JCP. They researched and found out that the order had been in Houston to be delivered for 5 days but no one had called us. So after JCP got involved we were called and delivery was scheduled.
On the day of delivery we moved the mattress & box spring out of the house. We waited 4 hrs & finally called & we were told that they were running late so we continued to wait, finally at 8:45PM we rec'd a call saying that we would need to reschedule for the following week and when questioned as to why, we were told that they were busy and the lady hung up on me!!! So we moved everything back into the house and on Monday I started calling again and getting JCP involved.
Finally I got a call back wanting to know why I was bothering them they showed that everything was delivered! When I asked who signed for it I was told not to worry about it!!! I contacted a manager that located the mattress and set up delivery for yesterday. Surprise!!! No delivery!!!!!!! So I started calling all over again and spoke to a Stephanie, then a Terry and finally a Bezel at the Houston depot. Again we were lied to and hung up on and they would not return our calls. I contacted JCP and cancelled our order. I am going to file every compliant with the PD in Houston and any fraud agency that will take a report about Nonstop Delivery.........I would advise to never ever use this company!!!!!
They recieved my 55inch television from a company and was supposed to deliever my item on Dec 22,2017. I have recieved several updated alerts that they are contacting me but the times they are entering are 11pm, 118am,310am etc. They also are stating they can not reach me. I have saved my phone records and no missed calls for their company. Their District Manager Trisch has been called several times and left several messages. She finally returned my call on Jan 17,2018 after trying to reach her for the last 3 1/2 weeks. She then gave me the same excuse "please hold while i try the terminal to get a delievery date and time. Well the date they are stating the next day and then the day comes and no delievery. I have had this situation escalated multiple times. I have just got off the phone with a gentleman named Jeff and he stated Trisch would call me. Well she called let phone ring once and hung up. I have recieved a text that she have me set for delievery today Jan 18,2018 and stated they are doing this for me after hours on their own time as a special delievery. I will see today and undate you. Thank you
This report will be simple and to the point. Do not use Non-Stop Delivery for shipment. This company has gor to be the worst delivery company in the United States. I have tried to use them three times for the delivery of a television. The first time it just never showed up and I eventually canceled the order. The second time (different t.v.), they admitted that they LOST the shipment. A SHIPPING COMPANY LOST THE SHIPMENT!! They told me to call the people I ordered the tv from. The third time (different tv), It never showed up. I am convinced that the employees are staealing the merchandise. By the way, all of these orders were made through "Purchasing Power". Purchasing Power allows employees to order merchandise from their website and pay for it through payroll deductions. Purchasing Power knows that Non Stop Delivery is unbelievebly unreliable but they continue to use them exclusively for freight shipments. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.
