They have missed 5 scheduled delivery appointments. I too off work each of those days to receive the delivery that never showed. NSD=No Show Delivery! The people at the company that I contacted on a daily basis, just gave me the run around and were absolutely no help.

I am writing in regards to my recent order of the Cosmo dual fuel range purchased on 11/9/19. I have had the worst delivery experience of my life in dealing with nonstop delivery and still have not received my order. The company failed to call me once they received my item. I had to contact Amazon and get their number and call them. It then took them 15 minutes to find the location of my item. I was then told my item would be delivered on 11/15/19. I took a day off work and waited and waited. I called them twice regarding my delivery and both times was told someone would call me back. Well, they never did. Finally I gave up and decided to request Amazon contact them, assuming Amazon would get results. Well, they gave the Amazon rep the runaround as well! They blatantly lied and stated they tried to contact me numerous times then said the delivery scheduler was gone for the weekend! They actually told the rep they would call me Monday OR Tuesday. I have had countless items delivered to my home and never have I had such difficulty receiving a product I purchased nor such blatant disregard of my time by a delivery company. I will never work with nonstop delivery again. Matter of fact, when making any purchase which requires third party delivery, I will refuse to order from any seller which uses this company. Amazon should drop this servicer in a heartbeat. They will do nothing but cause an uptick in customer complaints and returns. I plan to post a review of nonstop delivery on every consumer site I can find, including the BBB and Facebook.
yet another order destroyed by NSD Tracking number 31299505 zip code 45410. supposed to arrive on 12-24-18. saw this morning their tracking site says refused by customer! nothing was ever scheduled and not yet even the estimated delivery date, today is 12-20! called nsd and they say they are the ones who refused the order claiming it was damaged. I had 3 shipments come through nsd in the last 45 days and they have said the same thing on all 3 seperate shipments. how is it even possible every item shipped on different days to the same address are damaged? hate to believe a company can be so inept or careless that they have such a high damage rate. 100% failed deliveries just to my address. finally got my first 2 shipments after ordering replacements from retailer. to date 3 shipments sent by retailer through nsd and all 3 i was told were refused as damaged. draw your own conclusions here ppl. this is not a shipper to use, they are either extremely careless or they are lying, no other explanation for it
I purchased a 65inch TV through another company on 11/21/16. The vendor of the TV uses NSD for the delivery service for freight orders. NSD received the order on 11/29/16 it is now 12/20/16 and I still do not have my TV. I've been given the run around by this company. The latest is the TV arrived at the last terminal so my delivery can be scheduled and when I called I was told there was a mistake in the information on their website when checking the status of my order and the TV has not arrived. What's confusing to me is each order has a unique identifier called a tracking number so how could my package be scanned by a scanner stating it's at a specific location but when you call you are told it's not there. How can you lose a 65 inch TV? So now it's 5 days before Christmas and I still don't have my TV I ordered a month ago but I'm being told by the phone agent he can ASSURE me it's not lost or stolen. How is that possible when you don't even know where the TV is located. What's also frustrating with this company is they don't return your phone calls but you can get an IMMEDIATE response if you use Yelp. I would not recommend this company as a delivery service because of the POOR communication and because they lost or stole my TV. Update as of 12/20/2016 the COWARDS at this company updated the status when I check by the tracking number to stat "delivery exception occurred please email us at [email protected]" and when I called they say my 65 inch TV was lost in transit. How is that possible when they picked the item up from the vendor. THEY STOLE MY TV AND WANT ME TO CONTACT THE COMPANY I PURCHASED THE TV FROM.
