CONSUMERS BEWARE. Two days ago, before leaving this office, I listened to vet Norton pitch a laundry list of products and services in a passive aggressive manner using scare tactics and guilt tactics which was off-putting but I allowed her to continue her spiel so that I could leave.
After walking out, I noticed that they had forgotten to put the cone on the cat that was taken in so I went back into the office not 10 minutes later, while they were still open for business, and heard vet Norton and Dan "operations manager" speaking negatively about me not knowing I could hear them from the lobby.
Norton was mocking me in a snarky voice while recounting her version of our conversation and both were making sarcastic and negative comments about me. When I told Dan I heard all of the trash talking he apologized for it saying that they did this because I "seemed really unhappy." I asked him if they treat all of their customers like this when they think they have left the office and he replied that it was only the unhappy ones.
Norton never emerged from the back to offer her own apology. The encounter was captured on video. It is unacceptable to speak poorly about a customer just because they feel the customer is unhappy with their service. The interaction was captured on video. They behaved in this manner after I paid them over $400. Instead of talking steps to resolve the matter or at minimum, return my money in good faith, the office has only attempted to remove negative reviews and ignore emails sent to them.
It is my right as a consumer to share my horrible experience and warn others. I'll never do business with them again and will never recommend them to anyone. We've only had good experiences at other local vet offices in Lake Nona such as Lake Nona Animal Clinic. Unfortunately the others didn't have a mutually agreeable appointment time so we ended up at this horrible clinic out of desperation. We will never make that mistake again.
