My wife daughter and I stayed at The Pelican Grand Beach Resort in Fort Laugerdale. We were there June 20 thru June 23, 2022. We checked in and all was well. This Hotel haas product (shampoo, conditioner, Body wash, etc.) that are in the shower and they try to sale them to Guest. They contain Coconut and I never new I was allergic to Coconut.

I used these products and started breaking out and Itching. I went to the front Desk and Spoke with the Front Desk Manager Arron, or Aron. An African American Male with a beard. He was incredible rude and unprofessional. I was told they do Not offer other products and I could go buy other products at a retail store.

We got our valet parked car and off we went to buy non coconut products. Later that night between 12 and 2am I called for the Valet to bring the car around. The valet was incredibly nice. He asked me where I was going at this hour? I explained to get Benadryl. I am breaking out from the Coconut products in the room. He said Did you check the gift shop? It is closed.

This young Man went to the front desk and asked for the Gift shop Key. We went into the gift shop, He turned on the light and handed me a package of Benadryl. He should train the others at this hotel in customer service. I tried to pay him and he would not take the money. I tipped him well instead.

The day before we were to Leave I again had the unfortunate experience of Speaking To the Front Desk Manager named Arron. I explained that our flight did not leave until 7pm the following night. I asked if we could get a later check out. He said I could call down in the morning and see if one was availiable.

I again explained it is important. He raised his voice almost yelling and repeated the same thing this time including charges if we are late getting out of the room. The Lady, another guest, behind me said I hope we do not get him. Also during our stay there was a wedding booked. We were trying to sleep.

Guest (kids) are running up and down the hall screaming and yelling. The drunk adults are loud. I called down from my cell phone and was told we will handle it. It was never handled. The next morning I was told NO late check out. Get out by 11am or we will charge you. I called Marriott and Westin Hotels in Fort Lauderdale and explained the situation.

He refused to refund our stay. Clearly he does not have the backbone to do so and /or just like screwing guest over. Doing the right thing is not in him. I also wrote a Letter to Noble House Founder and Board of Directors head James Colee. Same story. He does not have the integrity or class to do the right thing.

He passed my Letter to His Unprofessional Manager TJ Pierri to lie and deny everything. James Colee Did not even have the class to resond. My stay should be refunded in full. These people care about money not their guest or doing the right thing. How sad!!
