I tried to order two things for the kitchen. They took my money off my card immediately and I got an E mail with a tracking number. But tracking number just said PRE SHIPMENT. So I E mailed them they gave me some BS about a typhoon in China and other stuff. So the last E mail I got was today Oct. 24th they say they are sending me a refund and will take 2 business days. We will see.
