This "company" sold a package to Las Vegas to my 73 year old mother for $379. When I researched the processing company it came up as Allen Markeing Group. First BIG red flag. Just google their track record on vacation packages. When I researched the website, it has just been thrown up in the last few months. Looks like a child built it. Told no black out dates, told $100 in dining, which is a dumb $100 dining dough card you can't even use. Told the $500 travel credit can be used dollar for dollar. The website prices for rooms are way more expensive than other sites, so the $500 savings saves you nothing.
I called and asked for 4th of July just to see if they would do it. Guess what? A $900 upgrade and they wanted to put us at the Stratosphere! Lol. This company is a joke. Lied to my mother. Told she could travel on busy weekends and holidays. Once again folks, if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is. My mother had the sense to ask for a physical address. I don't see it on their site, so I'm assuming the rep wasn't supposed to give it. Who knows if it is even correct, but if you have been burned, maybe this is it. 6032 Smoke Ranch Road, Las Vegas, NV.
I no nothing about this company or the person writing the review, but I DO KNOW call center etiquette, and they NEVER under any circumstance give out a physical address as its an employee safety issue, so sounds like this is a competition hater or a disgruntled employee. You called on 4th of July? Las Vegas Just re-opened BTW so again your not telling the truth, there is only 5 hotels open, and I am sure your not the only one who wanted to be there. My advise(a stranger) take your bitterness up with your higher power as you WILL reap what you sew, and its not looking good for you. You have only cited address and phone number but no real package details which again makes you look like a liar and a bitter being.
