I bought into the franchise, however it was not what they said it would be. I was lied to, so that I but into the franchise and them I request a refund. The price of the service was outrageous when I called to ask if I could lower the price they said yes but it would only effect my profits not theirs.
I was also told that I would be able to use the franchise to file taxes early with the last paystubs of the year. I then ask for a refund was told I could have one after I returned the debit cards that where sent to me to give tax advances. I mailed the cards back sent them proof I did this.
Now they are telling me that they sent it to my bank account that was on file with them. I changed banks months before the tax season started and sent in all the proper paper work and received confirmation of this. But they are refusing to issue me a refund.
I also spent $2800.00 in advertisement that I am now out of. My first client got up and walk out over sticker shock in witch was also an Insurance client that has now went to a different agency do to this matter. I have lost time money and client do to this franchises. Yet I have everything in emails stating what they did and said they would do.
