This company is about to get prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law due to their unethical practice of business. My vehicle was booted when I had an issued parking pass for the bulding I was at right on my dashboard in clear view.
I would give a 0 star if I could. I have registered my car online to park in the community over night and I still got booted. It was on Sunday, after hours and I had no choice but pay the fine online in order to remove the boot. I have called several times to get a refund but Joe has never returned my phone call nor my refund! This company is scam and they should be prosecuted!
