I purchased this software (Nitro Pro 10, a PDF reader) approximately 6 months ago. I upgraded from the "free trial." I paid $300 for the softare. After months of following their rediculous "ticket filing procedure," the software still does not work. Noone at the company follows up with me until the problem is resolved. They keep giving me the same faulty solutions. They refuse to speak to me in person, stating that that is against their policy.
I don't know what to do except spread the word that they are a horrible company. If someone would just take the time to get my software fixed, speak to me in person, or follow through with my installation, I would be fine, but they keep closing my ticket after giving me faulty solutions. I am extremely proficient with computers, it's not like I am an idiot. I am even a programmer.
This is just a REALLY REALLY bad company that refuses to provide service after they get your money.

I had Nito 10- pdf editing software. Ths company blitzes you to pay for upgrade by sending emials every other day when they have upgrades to sell.
So I upgraded to Nitro 11 through Cleverbridge
Now every day when I try to use the software, I get a message telling me “the service does not have sufficient privileges, please reinstall”.
I have to reinstall the software every day f I want to use it.
I have sent emails to their unmanned customer support department and gotten no response.
Why cannot I not call somebody and get help?
Ok product if you can get it to work. But it does not work. And nobody will help you once they have your money.
