Kia and Nissian of Union City, This is not a place to do business with. Tuesday Sept 6,2016 We tested a few cars got approved by Chase Bank and we finally picked the car. We signed for this car completed all our paperwork and was done. We were there from Open to Close this day. So the car hasn't been to detail and servicing yet so my Sales guy said come back in two days and gave me a loaner car. I did I came back to pick up my 2015 Nissian Altima and find out they can't find the car, then they said they found the car but they can't sell it to me because it didn't pass georgias laws. (Why would you sell a car to someone like that anyway?) So I'm upset but still decide to look for a different car. I found the same one but white. I got to financing to sign my papers abd the guy tells me this car is $30 more a month because it has 20,000 less miles. I explained to him that I just was in the car and the car was actually 1,000 more miles than the orginal car I signed for. (Now that's a issue). I'm not here for fours 90% of that time is sitting and waiting because everyone seemed so confused from my sales guy to the managers. I decide I'm done talking to the low managers and talk to "Mark" who was told me was the highest there. He shouldn't be a manager. He doesn't know how to make the customer whose sending thousands happy. He doesn't really listen to what you're saying he just pretends to listen then says what he has to say which sounded like a machine. Of course you want to support your employee but wrong is wrong. Anyone can see good service from horrible service but he didn't see it. Now I'm stuck I want someone to here my story. Because this doesn't complete it at all. This doesn't explain how bad everything really was. I honestly should of left from day one when there was about 5 car and customer service complaints but my sale guy seemed like making us happy was his number one goal. He did his part but every single person over him made him look bad. Please! Do Not Buy Your Car Here!
