3 months ago I went to nissan duarte to get money back for my extended warrenty cancellation. The company that refunds the money has sent the check to nissan Daurte. I have been trying to get a check from them for the money that has been refunded but either no picks up the telephone, I am transferred to a full vioce mail, disconnected, ETC.
I keep being told they don't have the funds. But I know they are available. Nissan Duarte asks me to leave a message I have left at least 15 messaes for finance and no one calls back. Please help me get the check they owe me They are great help when they are trying to sell you something but never return telephone calls once the purchase is complete.
