Sent a professional Nikon lens and parts that fell off in for repair. I declined the repair because of their outragioius cost. They sent the lens back minus the parts that fell off. After weeks of bickering back and forth, being left on hold numerous times (once for over 45 minutes), being hung up on several times and then outright LIED to regarding the missing parts I demanded to speak to a manager. "Not available" I was told. "She will call you back". Another week went by without hearing from the manager. Called back again and again and again without anyone getting to the bottom of this nightmare. Manager was NEVER available to speak to.
Called yet again and was told they found the missing parts and they would send them to me. A week or so passed, I never received the missing parts. Called again and was told they "do not" have the parts and for me to email a photo of the lens and where the missing parts go. I did this immediatly. After another week or so, I called back and was told they never received the email, (BULL CRAP!). I sent in a second email and was told someone would be in contact with me. Another couple of weeks went by and I never heard from anyone. Imagin that!
After over 2.5 months of this buffonery, I finally received the lens back minus some the missing parts. I just gave up and refused to speak with them again. I suspect this is what they wanted all along. If you can delay, deceive and lie long enough, perhaps the customer will just get fed up and give up.
WHAT EVER YOU DO, DO NOT DO BUSSINESS WITH THIS FRAUDULENT NIKON REPAIR CENTER!! THEY ARE DECEITFUL, THEY WILL LIE, AND HAVE A PISS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE RECORD!! SEND YOUR REPAIRS TO THE MOON FIRST.
