Back near the beginning of March 2017, I ordered a Deadpool hoodie from this Nic-Nacs General for a total of $44.98, to include shipping and handling. (I still have the receipt in my email) It has been over 2 months, and not only have I not received the product I ordered or a refund for which it was never delivered, but I haven't even received a response from them. I can't get a phone number from their website because it looks like it's been taken down.
To this point, they have done absolutely nothing to resolve this issue.
Ordered a sweatshirt from them in March. Which they had no problems taking the money out of my account the next day...Just a little short of $50.00. I didn't receive anything from the company within two weeks of my order, even thought they had received their money. I went to their website and sent them an email with my order number trying to find out when I might receive my sweatshirt. I waited two days for a response, nothing ever came. I got back online to get a phone number and there website no longer existed. So I guess I'm just one of those lucky few that got taken. So I'm out money and a sweatshirt. I hope others read this, so they don't get ripped off.
