I could not agree more! Nick Balland is the worst attorney in the D.C. metro area. A complete sleaze bag....and more. I paid him to represent me and he claimed he was working on the case and never did a thing. Every time I phone he said, "you have nothing to worry about". I get to court and he had NEVER spoken to the other attorney and told me "sorry" I guess they are going to press charges against you and I recommend you plead guilty. He is a lying filthy bast*rd who should not be practicing law. For the lies he told me if I could have him disbarred I would. Does anyone know how to disbar a lawyer?
This bozo lawyer said that I can get out of the jail, I was jail for a simple DIU I call my family and gave to him 20,000 dollars he promises me to get out of Arlington Jail, he told me that he knows judges and attorneys and he can bribe them, he uses to do that before and after, he said that he is a regular with the judge means he pays monthly some money and the Arlington judge free all kind of people, he took my money and I was in jail for 2 years, now I want this bozo lawyer out of the street he lures people in his fancy office in 2300 Clarendon Blv. stay away he did not know anything he is a professional scammer he dyes his hair and use fake hair, he uses wigs different color he is around 80 years old, this bozo must be in jail
