I ordered a pair of shoes from www.ShopNiceKicks.com which ended up being the wrong size, and needed to return them. (I actually emailed them minutes after placing the order asking that they cancel the order; they never responded or canceled)
On the company website, they state that prior to returning an item to contact their customer service. On October 6, 2015 I emailed them at the email address listed [email protected] letting them know that I need to return the shoes and need to know what steps to take. They have a 14 day return period so I wanted to make sure I got them back on time. I never received any response to my email.
I emailed again on 10/15/2015 making another request for return details or an RMA#, they never responded In addition to my emails, I have also called and left several messages for them on their Customer Service support line 1-888-772-5223.
I have called during the stated business hours and no one ever answers or calls back. I have also reached out to the company via Twitter @ShopNiceKicks and @NiceKicks and still have not received a response. On Twitter, I discovered that there are several other customers having the same problem with getting in touch with the company to process returns, send out orders, and other basic customer service actions. As of today October 21, 2015 they have still not responded to any of my contact attempts.
I do understand that there is an address listed for returns on their website, however they state to contact customer service before sending back a return.
This company has a nice looking website and if you go to their customer service page they have a very well written statement on their commitement to excellence and customer service.
"We hold ourselves to the highest standard of customer service, and we want you to love your new kicks! If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, you may return it to us for a full refund or exchange."
THEY DO NOT HONOR THAT STATEMENT, CUSTOMER SERVICE MEANS ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO THEM!
I strongly discourage ANYONE from doing business with this company, you will end up paying for an order that won't be shipped for weeks or not at all or returning something that they'll never refund you for. Or better yet, stuck with something that you wish you could return but can't because nobody from customer service will respond to your return request. It's not worth the gamble, Nice Kicks is THE WORST online shoe store to do business with!
