I ordered my son an NFL jersey from this site on 12/8/17. I received an order onfirmation email from [email protected] with the name I also received a payment confirmation email from [email protected] . com with the details of my payment ($61.99). This email is signed from "blackonline”. The draft from my checking account is for $65.73 from PES*BLACKONLINE JINAN. The item has not been received. The website is no longer available. No one responds to the emails I’ve sent. There is no customer service phone number listed. This is a SCAM! I do not have much money and was so excited to be able to buy one nice thing for my 10 year old son for Christmas. I cannot afford to be buy another one. These scammers have ruined Christmas for us.

  • Nov 14, 2017 does not offer shipping alternatives. Sometime after you've placed your online order, you receive email notification of shipping information. Because they force FedEx down your throat, the chances your delivery will be fraught with incompetent drivers is great. restricts FedEx from allowing you to hold the delivery so that you can pick it up at the local FedEx location. Disgruntled customers who've had problems with FedEx understand why you almost have to pick up the package at the local FedEx location to have a chance at receiving your merchandise, etc. Because FedEx is restricted from allowing you to pick up your package at their location, FedEx then continues to botch delivery attempts. The net effect is you won't get your package. The package may eventually be returned to Who knows? Either way, is not refunding your money. set the policy of FedEx not being able to hold your package specifically to increase the likelihood of returns to then fails to refund your money. FedEx gets the delivery fee, keeps your money and their merchandise. You get screwed. It's a nice little quasi-criminal enterprise FedEx and have partnered in.

1. I mistakenly signed up for NFL GAMEPASS and did not catch the mistake until my first (of three) billings of $29.99 on August 20, 2017.

2. I tried to cancel but it was outside of NFL GAMEPASS' "free trial" period, so NFL GAMEPASS continued to bill me another two $29.99 amounts in or about September 20, 2017 and October 20, 2017.

3. I did not use the service - nor will I ever use it.

4. Accordingly, I am trying to remove my credit card information from the NFL GAMEPASS web site, now that I have paid for my $100. mistake, and the NFL GAMEPASS web site will not let me do so.

6. My position is one should be able to delete or remove an online account as a result of unsatisfactory or unsavory experiences.

7. I have turned this over to the Washington State Attorney General’s office and they have offered to send it on to their “informal complaint resolution services offered by our Consumer Resource Center”.

My wife signed up for free trial in 8/2016 for NFL game pass. After free trial expired we were not notified about renewal process. Once I found on my bank statement 8/4/17 that I was charged $99.99 for renewal I tried calling the phone number, but it was a recording.

I emailed them and they stated that they were not going to refund me. The game pass never worked. I should not pay for a service that never worked. They just stated the policy and procedures. I've never had a company where something doesn't work never refund me, always have.

These guys are rip off artists and should be shut down. I expect a refund for an insuffiecent product.

I signed up for a free trial subscription. Tired it and did not like it one day later I tried to cancel. There is no clear way to cancel on their website. You have to search the internet for how to cancel. Once you find a website to log your request, they send you an email. I have sent the request several times with no response other than an email response stating that my request has been received. I thought for a well known brand such as the NFL I would have no problem. However, it is a scam and I am still fighting the problem months later. Stay away!

Believed I was ordering from a however it was phoney website made to look like the real one. ordered okd money and they took from bank however out the money and will not be getting jersey. found out it was fake site when contacting the real site. they informed me it was not them even thou all the info on site leads you back to the real site.

After several attempts thru their website, just got computer generated response that my purchase was outside the 30 day window for replacing s defective Steelers clock. It sounds loud, suppose to be a silent sweeping second hand. It's definitely far from that. It's very loud, it stops, and starts back up again just as loud. My first Steelers clock lasted for years, but this one didn't make it 60 days. It's unbelievable that a huge company like NFLSHOP.COM will not even consider doing the right thing for a customer. Guess that don't need me as a customer anymore? But I will be spreading the word on their non responsiveness. Computer generated reply. What ever happened to customer service, every thing isn't always black and white. But how would a computer know that? I will never purchase a NFL item again. Guess they think they do not need to consider every customer, news flash- without customers, you have no business. Customer service via a computer, have we really gotten to this point? Unbelievable! They must adhere to the front office of the NFL corporate culture. Too Big to Fail. News flash, lots of banks have the same culture and we all know how that turned out mid 2000's. Time to hit social media.

I ordered two different Miami Dolphins Jersey: A Larry Czonka and a Bob Griese Jersey. They sent me one Carolina Panthers Jersey with no return capabilities as I don't speak or understand Cantonese or Mandarin. Reported it to my credit card company who refunded me my purchase amount.
