Ordered a Steelers James Harrison Throw back Jersey on 12/17/17. I received a confirmation that my order was received. The jersey was suppose to be here before Christmas and has not arrived. It's upsetting that this website can still be operating. They need to be shut down.

They take money and won't respond to emails. There is no phone number to call. Their site looks legit like a fansedge site but the www comes up as www.poxydose.com/jersey/ instead of nflshop.com. They took my payment, my card info. They do not exist. Then this came up http://new.cnzz.com/v1/login.php?siteid=1268702745
NFL Game Pass has an option to subscribe for the entire season at one rate (they bill you once) as well as a monthly rate where the total cost is slightly more. They will not let you unsubscribe from a monthly subscription, which is deceptive marketing. I tried to cancel my monthly sub and was told the following
" you agree to pay the total Fees during the term of the Subscription Product you selected in the number of equal installments identified during your purchase. The first installment will be billed immediately upon your subscription and the remaining number of installments will be billed on a monthly basis thereafter until the total Fees have been paid. If you cancel your Subscription Product before making all of the installment payments, you agree to pay the remaining unpaid balance of the Subscription Product you selected. "
So just let this be a warning to anyone interested in NFL Game Pass especially the monthly subscription.Why do they even offer a monthly version if you cannot unsubscribe? It's a scam.
Ordered a salute to service NFL hoodie on 11/14, received notification from seller that order was processing, next day order was cancelled. I called customer services, they said to check back and see if it becomes available. 4 days later the hoodie was available again, so I ordered it again. Same results, receive email confirmation that order was processing and item would ship in 1business day. Next day received email cancelling my order yet again. Refund pending. This is supposedly the official shop of the NFL, but with the poor sales practices I have encountered, I find it hard to believe
160514-000266 Order no. My son orders a wireless keyboard with an NFL logo for me at Chrustmas time. I used it twice and the connection for the power cord fell out of the keyboard. We contacted NFL shop but could not find our order number. They said they could not help us. After searching some more we found the order number but NFL shop said too much time had passed. They will do nothing for us. This item was complete junk. Cheaply made and useless. NFL shop does not stand behind their products. They make it difficult to follow up with customer service. Do not buy anything from this site.
It said crazy Thursday 80% off jerseys. Anyway this was gonna be a special gift for my son. But come to find out he will not be getting his gift. I would have never thought Facebook would allow such scamming on their site. I also blame face book for such crime
